Ingredients
- 400g flour
- 100g sugar
- 75g almond powder
- 2 eggs
- 200g butter at room temperature
Recipe
Pour the flour, sugar and almond powder into a bowl.
In another bowl, beat the eggs with a fork and set aside.
Cut the butter into cubes and add to the mixture in the bowl.
Knead with your fingertips to incorporate the butter and obtain a sandy mixture. Add the eggs and continue kneading.
The dough is ready when it forms a homogeneous ball.
Wrap in cling film and keep in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
