Ingredients

• 100g self raising flour
• 55 ml water
• a pinch of salt

Recipe

Mix together the flour, the water and the salt to make a dough

Separate to make two balls

Flatten the balls with a rolling pin to make thin patties

Cook the patties on a warm pan about one minute each side
